The 89 studios
collectively form a single condominium unit. In order to satisfy
certain financing requirements, the studios will be rental for the
first five years. Following the five-year rental period, this
condominium unit may convert from rental to a limited equity cooperative
and the resident artists in good standing may have the opportunity
to purchase their studios.
To live at Midway Studios,
each artist must have a BRA Artist Certificate. Click here
for information about artist certification.
Applications
are being accepted for the 53 unrestricted studios. Click
