Unrestricted Studios To request an application for an unrestricted studio, please call (617) 928-1725 or click below to download from this site.
A complete application for an unrestricted studio will be assigned a control number. Qualified applicants will select their studios in order of their control number ranking. The studio selection process began in November 2004. In August 2005, 10 unrestricted studios are available.
BRA Income-Restricted Studios Studios in the 80% AMI and 120% AMI categories are still available. To add your name to be waiting list for a 50% AMI studio, click here.
